Getting to the Conference

The David Brower Center is located at 2140 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA

 

Parking

There are several city-owned parking garages within walking distance that provide EV charging stations as well as bicycle parking.

  • Bicycle parking is available outside the venue as well as at the BikeHub station at 2023 Center Street, Berkeley, CA, attached to Center Street Parking Garage.

Public Transportation

The Downtown Berkeley BART station on Shattuck Avenue is 2 blocks from the David Brower Center. https://www.bart.gov/

 

Lodging

If you require overnight lodging, please book wherever is most comfortable for you as we do not have a reserved hotel block. The Hotel Shattuck Plaza and Residence Inn by Marriott are very close to the venue.

What is the attire?

Business casual.

How do I update my registration?

You can update your registration information using the link in the confirmation email that was sent by John Parr <[email protected]> after you registered. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please email [email protected] for assistance.

Is wi-fi available in the meeting space?

Yes. Login information will be provided at the event.

Will food and beverages be provided?

Yes, we will provide morning refreshments at registration and during the morning break, lunch, and refreshments during the afternoon break on both days. Hors d'oeuvres will be served at the Poster Session Reception from 5:30 - 7pm on Wednesday, September 18th, and red or white wine will be available at our hosted bar.
